It comes down to whether you are selling on your own or as a group.
Choose Single Vendor if you offer your own services straight to couples. A photographer running their own business, a makeup artist working solo, a caterer on their own. This is the right starting point for almost everyone. See the Single Vendor packages.
Choose Vendor Team if you want to join with other vendors already on The Aisle and sell couples one complete wedding package. For example a photographer, a decorator and a caterer offering their services together as a single deal, run by one Team Captain who chooses and pays for the package. See the Vendor Team packages.
You are not locked into one. Many vendors keep a Single Vendor listing for their own work and also sit in a team or two. Being in a team does not stop couples hiring you on your own, and your individual listing stays exactly as it is.
Start single if you are new. Two reasons. A Single Vendor listing is free to start, so you can be on the site today at no cost. And everyone you would want in a team has to have their own listing first, so the single listing is the prerequisite anyway.
One thing to think about before forming a team. A team listing takes one payment from one person, the Captain, who then settles up with everyone else privately. We are not part of that arrangement and we do not get involved in how the money is split. So form teams with people you would trust with your own money. How Vendor Teams work covers the rest.
