Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once paid. Here are the exceptions, and the seven day window for putting a request in writing.

Do I Need To Renew Every Month?
It depends on your plan. Monthly plans are renewed each month. The three-month plans keep you covered for a full quarter.
How Do I Pay For My Listing?
Pay for your listing on The Aisle using MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, or a Visa card, right at checkout.
Is The First Month Really Free?
Yes. Your first month on Single Basic is free, and you are not asked for any payment details to start it.
What Happens When My Subscription Expires?
Your listing is unpublished but not deleted. We keep your content for 12 months, and it comes straight back when you renew.
