Short answer: subscriptions are generally not refundable once paid, with a small number of exceptions.
When we do refund. Where we materially fail to provide the service you paid for, or where a refund is required by law. If we terminate your account without reasonable cause, you may receive a pro-rata refund of fees you had prepaid.
How to ask. Put it in writing within seven days of the issue arising, to support@theaisle.africa. Include the email on your account, the package you bought, the date of payment and the transaction reference. Tell us plainly what went wrong. The seven day window matters, so send it early even if you are still gathering detail.
Cancelling is not the same as a refund. You can stop using a paid package whenever you like, but stopping partway through a paid period does not automatically get the money back. Tell us by email if you are cancelling.
Payment gone wrong rather than package gone wrong. If money left your account and your package did not activate, that is not a refund question, it is a failed transaction. Email us the transaction ID and we will trace it. Do not pay again first. If you suspect an unauthorised payment, report it in writing within seven days.
How to not need this article. Start on Single Free, which costs nothing. Then take the free first month on Single Basic, which needs no payment details. By the time you are spending anything you will know whether The Aisle works for your business.
Full detail is in our Terms and Conditions, clause 7, which is the governing document if the two ever differ.
