Welcome to The Aisle, operated by Invictus Tech Limited (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website or any related services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, creating a profile, paying for a subscription, listing services, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, list services, or subscribe to vendor packages.
    • By using the Platform, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3. Nature of the Platform

    • The Aisle is a wedding services listing and vendor subscription platform.
    • We do not provide, produce, sell, or deliver any of the goods or services listed on the Platform.
    • We are not a party to any agreements, negotiations, or transactions between vendors and clients.
    • Any dealings, payments, contracts, or disputes between users are conducted entirely at their own risk.

4. Account Responsibility

    • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
    • You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.
    • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

5. Vendor Listings and Content

    • Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring all listings are accurate, lawful, and up to date.
    • Listings must not be false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or unlawful.
    • You warrant that you have all rights to use any images, text, or media you upload.
    • We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that violates these Terms or is reported as fraudulent.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

    • Vendors may purchase subscriptions or other paid features to access certain listing options and tools.
    • All subscription fees are payable in advance, non-refundable unless required by law, and subject to change with notice.
    • Failure to pay will result in suspension or removal of vendor listings and related features.

7. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

    • Post or transmit fraudulent, illegal, discriminatory, or offensive content.
    • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
    • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
    • Use automated tools (e.g., bots, scrapers) to collect data from the Platform.

8. Vendor and Client Responsibilities

    • We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any vendor or service.
    • Users are solely responsible for conducting due diligence, including checking licences, references, and service quality before making payments or entering agreements.
    • All disputes must be resolved directly between the vendor and the client.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

    • The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for:
    • Any loss, damage, injury, or fraud arising from transactions or interactions between users.
    • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in listings or other content.
    • Any service interruptions, delays, or technical issues.
    • Under no circumstances will Invictus Tech Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business opportunities.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Invictus Tech Limited, its directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

    • Your use of the Platform;
    • Your violation of these Terms;
    • Any dispute or transaction between you and another user.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and remove content without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that could harm the Platform or its users.

12. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on the Platform, and continued use after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
