Finding Wedding Vendors

How do I find wedding vendors in Kampala?

Simply visit our vendor directory and search by category, location, keywords and more. You’ll see verified vendors with reviews, photos, and contact details. Use our filters to narrow down by your specific requirements to find the perfect match for your wedding.

Our directory includes everything you need for your special day: photographers, videographers, wedding planners, venues, caterers, decorators, musicians, DJs, makeup artists, florists, bakers, car hire services, and more, all based in Uganda and also specialising in traditional weddings.

We verify all vendor profiles before they appear on our platform. Each listing includes genuine reviews and ratings from real couples who’ve used their services. You can read detailed feedback about their professionalism, quality, and experience to help you make informed decisions.
Yes! Many of our vendors specialise in traditional Ugandan ceremonies and cultural weddings. You can also read reviews that specifically mention their experience with local traditions and customs.

About Vendor Teams

What's the difference between a Single Vendor listing and a Vendor Team listing?

Choose Single Vendor if you’re offering your services independently, like a photographer running their own business, a makeup artist working solo, or a caterer operating on their own.

Choose Vendor Team if you want to collaborate with other wedding vendors already on The Aisle to offer couples a complete package deal. For example, a photographer, decorator, and caterer working together to provide bundled services at a package price.

No. All vendors you want to include in your team must already have their own listings on The Aisle. When you create a Vendor Team listing, you’ll select team members from vendors already on the platform. If your potential partners aren’t listed yet, ask them to create their listings first. They can start with a free listing.

First, click here to select Vendor Team and choose your package. Then create your team listing and select the vendors you want to work with from those already on The Aisle. Each vendor you select will receive a consent email asking them to confirm they want to join your team. Your team listing needs at least 2 vendors to consent (including you) before it goes live on the site.

Once you consent, you become part of that team listing and couples can find your combined services as a package. You still keep your individual Single Vendor listing separate, so couples can also hire you independently. The team captain (the person who creates the vendor team) manages the team listing and decides the package details.

Yes. You can maintain your Single Vendor listing while participating in multiple Vendor Teams. Your individual listing shows your independent services, while team listings show your collaborative packages. Being in a team doesn’t affect your ability to be hired individually.

Using This Website

Do I need to create an account before I can create a listing?
Yes, but they’re two different steps. First, you create a free account on The Aisle (just your basic login details). Then, you create your listing (your actual business profile that couples will see). Think of your account as the door to the platform, and your listing as your shop window inside.
Each vendor profile includes clear contact options, you can send a message directly through their profile page, call their phone number, or visit their website. We make connecting with your preferred wedding professionals straightforward and hassle-free.

Each vendor listing has a ‘Bookmark’ button on their profile. Create a free account to keep track of all your favourite vendors in one place, making it easy to compare options and make final decisions.

Absolutely! The Aisle is perfect for diaspora couples planning weddings back home. Our online platform is accessible from anywhere in the world, and many of our wedding planners specialise in helping couples coordinate from abroad.
